David and Sally Michael
David Michael is the Pastor for Parenting and Family Discipleship, and Sally Michael is Minister for Training and Resources at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis. David has a degree from Bethel Seminary (M. Div.). The Michaels have attended Bethlehem Baptist since 1980, and David was called as an associate for urban and neighborhood ministries in 1987. Their heart for children is manifested in the lives of their two daughters. For many years, their advice, wisdom, and counsel on parenting have benefited the body of Bethlehem, culminating in their call together in 1996. David and Sally have written and promoted Sunday school curricula and the Fighter Verse scripture memory program, both locally and nationally, through Children Desiring God. Along with Jill Nelson, Sally was a major contributor to the ESV Children's Bible, published by Crossway.

Jill Nelson
Jill Nelson is a recently "retired" homeschooling mother who now continues in various roles in children's ministries at Bethlehem Baptist Church as a teacher, trainer, and writer. She is one of the principle authors for the Children Desiring God curriculum. Along with Sally Michael, Jill was a major contributor to the ESV Children's Bible, published by Crossway. Jill and her husband Bruce have two grown children and a houseful of four-footed pets.

Jim Tomaszewski
Jim Tomaszewski is an experienced teacher who loves teaching and being with children and youth. For the past 12 years (seven at CDG), he has been helping Christian educators with curriculum choices and training. He is CDG's Manager for Customer Service. Jim and his wife Carmen have four children. As a family, they spent nine years in South Africa encouraging and equipping the church among the East Indian population. Serving others is one of the great joys of his life.

Kristin Tabb
Kristin Tabb is the Resource Development Specialist at Children Desiring God. She and her husband Brian are helping to develop two junior high CDG curricula. They are also writing inductive high school Bible study materials and working with junior high students at Bethlehem. Kristin has seven years of youth ministry experience, including two as a cross-cultural church youth director in Dayton, Ohio. She has a Master's degree in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton. Kristin and Brian look forward to someday parenting both biological and adopted children. Their future ministry plans involve teaching and discipleship in Uganda.
