Brian Eaton has served as Executive Director at Children Desiring God since 2006 when the Lord re-directed his vocational steps to CDG from informational technology management. Brian is passionate for the next generation to store God’s word in their hearts. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married for 28 years and have five children.

David Michael and his wife, Sally, co-founded Children Desiring God in 1998 while David was serving as Pastor for Parenting & Family Discipleship at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis. In 2014, following his 28-year ministry at Bethlehem, he was called by College Park Church in Indianapolis where he currently serves as Pastor for Next Generations. David and his wife, Sally, have two adult daughters, and three grandchildren.

Sally Michael has been a prolific author of CDG curricula, as well as other books and resources for parents and children. Together with her husband, David, she co-founded Children Desiring God in 1998 while serving for 16-years as Minister of Resources & Program Development at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Over the years Sally’s ministry has been marked by a passion for developing God-centered resources for the spiritual development of children in the home and at church. Sally and David have two daughters and three grandchildren.

Jill Nelson has been teaching Sunday School for over 25 years. Her passion for God-centered teaching led her to develop and write children's curriculum for Children Desiring God beginning in 1996. She is also a frequent writer for the Children Desiring God blog and the Fighter Verse blog. Jill and her husband, Bruce, have two children, and two grandchildren
Kempton Turner serves as Preaching Pastor for City of Joy Fellowship in East St. Louis, Illinois. Prior to his ministry at City of Joy Fellowship, Kempton was the Pastor for Senior High Discipleship at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Downtown Campus from 2007 to December 2014. The passion of Kempton's heart and vision for ministry is to see God raise up from this generation Christ-centered, Spirit-intoxicated, Bible-saturated young people who are radically transformed through the ministry of the Word! He and his wife, Caryn, have four children.

Betty Dodge serves as Vision-Spreading Specialist at Children Desiring God. Prior to her ministry at CDG, Betty served as Coordinator for Family Life at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Minneapolis, MN from 2005 to 2013. Her heart's desire is to see God spread the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ and his supremacy in all things so that the coming generations might be saved and find their joy in him alone. Betty and her husband Rick live in New Prague, MN and have two sons, two daughters-in-law and six grandchildren.

Joyce Heinrich served as Minister for Early Childhood at Bethlehem Baptist Church for over 14 years from 1999 to 2013. She gave shepherding and administrative oversight to the staff and ministry to children newborn through age three across all campuses of the church. Joyce, also, effectively piloted the Children Desiring God nursery and toddler curriculum, A Sure Foundation. She is the mother of six and grandmother to 16 precious grandchildren.

Holly Urbanski is a member of the staff of Children Desiring God. She has served in ministry to children within the church for many years, focusing on preschool age Sunday School. Holly has a deep passion to impart the incredibly big and life-changing truth of God's Word to little hearts and minds. Her experience in the classroom has become a valuable foundation on which to teach other preschool teachers. Holly and her husband Doug live in St. Paul and have two adult children.
