After February 28, if there is space available, you must register at the door - $250
Conference Registration Fee Includes:
- All plenary sessions and seminars

Confirmation

Cancellation
Cancellation Fee Structure:
October 2010 (Opening Day) – January 12, 2011
$15 cancellation fee

January 13, 2011 – February 28, 2011
$50 cancellation fee

After February 28, 2011
