Introducing our New Electronic Resources

1. Place your order First, count the number of students in your class to determine how many E-Workbook licenses to purchase. Second, count the number of teachers and small group leaders who will need an E-Leader's license. Once you have confirmed your classroom numbers, add the electronic resources to your "cart" online and place your order.

2. Download your files Once your order has been placed, you can download the electronic resources immediately or at your convenience.

3. Use your resources You may choose to print, or distribute the electronic resources according to the number of licenses you have purchased for your organization. Your team members now have the flexibility to print the resources you've ordered for them at their convenience.

Our electronic resources were developed from a desire to spread a passion for the supremacy of God for the joy of the next generations through Jesus Christ by offering you more options for using our curriculum. Beginning in June 2008, you will have the opportunity to purchase and download electronic PDFs of Student Workbooks and Leader’s Editions. These will be available to download from our website and print at your convenience.

Electronic resources will not replace existing printed resources, but will give you the option of determining which format, electronic or printed, will best serve your ministry. While there are benefits to both formats, we believe that our electronic resources open new doors of opportunity for many of you by lowering your overall cost and increasing your flexibility in using our resources. E-Workbooks

Licensing

With our E-Workbooks, customers purchase one single-use license per student. This allows you to print one E-Workbook for each student per class year.

Benefits

There are multiple ways using E-Workbooks could benefit your ministry. They lower the overall cost of the workbook, since licenses are only $3.00 per student. E-Workbooks eliminate waste that occurs when students leave the class mid-year. We have heard from many of our customers that once a workbook is partially used it can no longer be used by another student.

E-Workbooks effectively eliminate that problem. E-Workbooks also eliminate shipping charges since these resources can be downloaded and distributed electronically. An added benefit to E-Workbooks is that you conveniently control how and when you’d like to print them. You can decide whether to copy double-sided or single-sided, and whether to print one week or an entire year at a time.

E-Leader’s Editions

Licensing

With our E-Leader’s Editions, customers purchase a single-user perpetual license for each team member using the E-Leader’s Edition. For example, a church would need one license for each small group leader and additional teacher in the classroom (assuming that the Teacher Kit for that curriculum has been purchased). The file or printed copy of the E-Leader’s Edition may be used indefinitely by the purchasing organization but cannot be shared with multiple teachers/small group leaders at the same time.

Benefits

E-Leader’s Editions offer the benefit of lower overall cost—E-Leader’s Editions are available at $45.00. They reduce administrative duties by streamlining the time-consuming process of distributing materials and managing off-season storage of these components. These resources also have the added benefit of increasing your flexibility—controlling how you want to print the E-Leader’s Edition. The church or teacher/small group leader will print the resources and decide whether to print one lesson at a time or the entire year’s worth of lessons.
